Responsibilities
- Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
- Advises immediate management on project-level issues.
- Guides junior engineers.
- Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices.
- Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Expertise in Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration and environment management.
- Proven background in merchant/service support (e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce APIs, SaaS integrations).
- Experience building/testing sandbox environments, mock services, or developer portals.
- Experience in e-payment domain and good understanding about mainstream workflows of payment service.
- Passion for emerging technologies (AI/ML, serverless, etc.) with a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD), API gateways (Apigee, Kong), and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Contributions to open-source projects or public API/SDK designs.
