Responsibilities

  • Create existing/new sales for delivery of solutions.
  • Meet a wide variety of customer needs for ATT products/services/systems/solutions.
  • Identify sales solutions with the aid of support group.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues/customers to share information and obtain prospects.
  • Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies.
  • Take initiative/accountability for producing desired results.
  • Establish and maintain productive long-term networks/relationships with customers.
  • Partner regularly with assigned AT&T Authorized Retail stores in business sales opportunities.
  • Observe/participate in presenting products, services, and migrations that can benefit customer's needs.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the organization's entire product/service line.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities.
  • Develop responses to Request for Proposals.
  • Identify key trends/customer needs and leverage industry knowledge/applications.
  • Utilize consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts.
  • Own account relationship and be responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrate a progressive record of sales achievement.
  • Aid in devising direct sales plans/strategies.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts/projects.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
  • Current auto insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-5 years direct work experience.
