The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead technical strategy and execution across our engineering organization as we continue scaling our fintech SaaS platform. In this role, you will architect and build high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems that power critical financial workflows and support millions of transactions daily. You will be a hands-on technical leader and systems thinker, shaping how our platform evolves to meet the demands of a regulated, high-stakes environment. You’ll collaborate with product, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders to ensure we deliver secure, performant, and reliable software that earns and maintains customer trust.
