About the position

As the Staff IT Salesforce Software Engineer, you will interface directly with business users and enterprise BSAs to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, create technical specs, design, develop, and implement solutions focused on the Salesforce platform. You will play a key role in leveraging advanced AI/ML capabilities to optimize Sales Cloud functionalities and drive data-driven insights. We are looking for a rock star to work on one of the larger and more complex Salesforce implementations with lots of opportunities to learn new aspects of Salesforce, gain valuable experience, and make a huge impact in a fast-growing company. You will apply an open communication and collaborative style and lead by example, being both customer-centric and service-minded, able to interact with end-users, executives, analysts, and technical colleagues - creating consensus and clear strategy where appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Make it possible for the world's leading cyber-security company to market, sell, quote, fulfill, and support amazing products that scale and protect our digital way of life in the era of Cloud Computing, Big Data, and AI
  • Work with one of the larger Salesforce implementations, bringing your knowledge of how to develop high-quality solutions - and, more importantly, your hunger to learn and develop new technologies.
  • Design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance sales processes, predictive analytics, lead scoring, and customer segmentation
  • Collaborate with data scientists and business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software coding experience with Salesforce platform technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, REST APIs, SOQL, SOSL, Javascript (ES6+), CSS, HTML, Web design and UX design principles
  • Hands-on, practical experience with the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud features and capabilities, including Sales Cloud (Salesforce CRM), Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows), Dynamic Forms & Dynamic Actions, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), Einstein AI capabilities within Sales Cloud (e.g., Einstein Activity Capture, Einstein Lead Scoring, Einstein Forecasting)
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs for integration (e.g., SOAP, REST, Bulk API)
  • Demonstrable experience with AI/ML Data Science concepts and their application, including understanding of machine learning algorithms, experience working with AI assistants, familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning, experience with Salesforce Einstein Platform or other AI/ML platforms for building and deploying predictive models is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, pick up new skills quickly, and propose highly innovative solutions to a problem you have never seen before
  • Track record of creativity, problem-solving, and good time management
  • Ability to keep up with current technology trends to assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, in keeping with the latest technology
