This is a “player-coach” role that requires hands-on design work while also directing the work of one to two other designers on the Growth team. You will be responsible for setting the overall design strategy and overseeing the design execution for the team. If successful, there will be an opportunity to grow from a “player-coach” role into a full-time design manager role within 12-18 months as the Growth team scales. We’re happy to share that this is an onsite position at our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office at a minimum of three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company.
