We're looking for designers to maintain and advocate for consistent, high quality bar + culture; contribute to new components; lead the marketing page, web app, or ongoing core features. 6+ YOE startups, multiple shipped features, advocates for mindful design + efficient EPD process.
Responsibilities
- Design core features such as AI CS, Security, Growth, Roaming, Shop, and UX improvements with great IA & UX.
- Work within an incomplete and undocumented design library to build out new Design Library for 2026.
- Lead the design of a new Desktop Web App with rebranded components and UX upgrades.
- Create new Marketing Pages with rebranded components, IA, and UX upgrades.
- Contribute to and help build a new Design Library for web, mobile, and marketing pages post-rebrand.
- Establish Design Ops rituals and culture to increase the velocity of the design team.
- Foster a design culture that promotes mindful EPD collaboration.
- Mentor the design team, focusing on upskilling and efficient systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in startups with multiple shipped features.
- Ability to autonomously advocate for real user needs and business strategy.
- Strong understanding of user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to explain pros and cons of ideas based on research and user data.
- Vocal on strategy, business acumen, and empathy for users.
- Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects.
- Experience in shipping features from 0 to 1 with a high bar for IA, UX, UI, and final visuals.
