Responsibilities
- Build fullstack features with a bias to frontend and UX ownership
- Craft thoughtful, fast, responsive UI components that interact with LLMs and agents
- Work closely with backend engineers to build bridges into orchestration and infra
- Pair with PMs and designers to rapidly iterate on new ideas and prototypes
- Help define best practices for AI UX — what does great prompting, feedback, and fallback look like?
- Own the end-user experience and obsess over polish
Requirements
- 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- Deep care about design, usability, and building products people love
- Strong product intuition and proactive identification of improvements
- Comfortable moving fast and making smart tradeoffs
- Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one teams
- Curiosity about AI and excitement to shape how it gets surfaced to users
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building LLM apps, agents, or tools
- Experience in a small startup or skunkworks team and thriving in uncertainty
- Experience as a founder or early-stage at a startup
