Come join the QuickBooks Mid-Market Marketing Team as a Staff GTM Strategy Manager. Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is committed to creating solutions to meet the needs and improving the chances of success for businesses ranging from solopreneurs to mid-market. We do this with an online ecosystem of business solutions across accounting, payroll, time tracking, payments, bill pay, lending, and more. Part of the U.S. Marketing team for GBSG, the Mid-Market Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing professional who is excited to make an impact through one of Intuit's 5 Big Bets: Disrupt the Mid-Market. The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker with experience translating market, product, and customer insights into compelling product and marketing go-to-market execution. The role will focus on refining and executing strategies to meet the needs of our emerging mid-market customers. You will partner across product marketing, product management, and sales to develop and lead end-to-end omnichannel journeys. You'll be challenged to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and solidify new ways of working in service of this goal.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear hypotheses and collaborate cross-functionally with product management, product marketing teams, channel marketing, sales, finance, analytics, and product to test and iterate solutions.
- Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights to uncover opportunities that can help further differentiate our suite of product offerings.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years professional experience in strategy consulting, strategy & operations, or consumer packaged goods highly preferred, 7 to 10 years overall professional experience.
- Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.
- Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment.
