Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including business performance and product management.
- Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards while making them easy to see and buy.
- Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements and customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates realize their sales potential.
- Build strong teams and demonstrate leadership and managerial skills.
- Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Attend community fairs, conferences, meetings, and other public gatherings to promote the organization's mission.
Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting.
- Ability to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift up to twenty pounds frequently and up to forty pounds occasionally.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in varying temperatures.
