About the position

Elastic is on the hunt for a strategic, energetic, and creative Regional Marketing Manager to support our AMER Strategic Sales team. If you love building innovative campaigns, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, and thinking big for high-stakes accounts — this role is for you. This is not your typical field marketing job. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to push boundaries to drive impact. You’ll be the go-to marketing partner for a high-performing Strategic Sales team, supporting Fortune 500 customers across industries like FSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Hi-Tech. You’ll be embedded in the rhythm of the sales org — brainstorming with AEs, launching targeted ABM plays, hosting top-tier customer events, and constantly looking for ways to surprise and delight key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated, account-centric marketing plans aligned to strategic accounts and verticals.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders and AEs to prioritize accounts, align on goals, and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Design and launch multi-channel ABM programs that speak directly to decision-makers.
  • Use tools like Demandbase, Userled, and Sendoso to deliver highly personalized campaigns at scale.
  • Stay on top of buying signals, intent data, and what’s trending in the vertical to stay one step ahead.
  • Own pipeline-driving initiatives: custom events, curated experiences, and executive briefings that get people talking (and buying).
  • Track performance like a pro — optimize based on what’s working and share results with sales to keep the momentum high.
  • Run high-touch executive programs: from boardroom briefings and account days to VIP dinners and CxO meetups.
  • Collaborate with Industry Marketing to bring vertical messaging to life in creative, unexpected ways.
  • Partner with Customer Success to find champions within accounts and turn their wins into compelling, shareable stories.
  • Join weekly stand-ups, strategy sessions, QBRs — wherever you’re needed.
  • Own logistics, budgets, vendors, and follow-up for your programs.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of field marketing, demand gen, or ABM experience — ideally in enterprise or strategic sales environments.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with sales and deliver results that matter.
  • Solid understanding of ABM strategies and vertical marketing.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior execs — and crafting messaging that resonates.
  • Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Organized and detail-oriented (because great ideas are only great if they’re executed well).
  • Confident communicator and natural collaborator.
  • Experience with key marketing platforms and tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Based in NYC and excited to be in-office 1–2x/week with the team.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% for events and programs.
