The purpose of this position is to assist the DMS team in the Digital Marketing Department with web-based projects that either are initiated within our team or funneled to us from the client service team.
Responsibilities
Creating/updating event pages, gcu.edu, subdomains of gcu.edu and other affiliated websites for our clients, and/or employer partner pages as the client services team requests them
Creating vanities and opportunity to use them for lead generation
Creating/setting both vanity and URL/file redirects
Opportunity for reporting on and fixing broken links and misspellings on gcu.edu, subdomains of gcu.edu and other affiliated websites for our clients
Opportunity for running a monthly vanity renewal report and updating any applicable expiring/expired vanities as instructed by the client services team
Opportunity for pulling and reporting military compliance reports monthly
Opportunity to report and update statistics across gcu.edu, subdomains of gcu.edu and other affiliated websites for our clients
Opportunity to assist full-time DMS team members with administrative and reporting tasks
Special projects as assigned
Requirements
Current GCU students enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in marketing, business, communications and/or similar concentrations
Basic HTML knowledge a strong plus
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
