Each internship project has a maximum time period of one year. Interns must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. Additional Information: Start date June 8th – August 11th, 2026 (Minimum of 160 hours, up to 200 hours total) This position will support the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology through Research Administration. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is not eligible for F-1 OPT STEM extension.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Interns must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
  • Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications for consideration: 2.5 Cumulative GPA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Currently registered in school as a full-time student.
  • Please attach the following documents to your application: Resume, Unofficial Transcripts, Letter of Recommendation from Academic Advisor or Professor and a Cover Letter.
  • Include in your cover letter the following: Area of Interest/Area of Study.
