About the position
The position involves overseeing the review, verification, processing, and posting of remittances received through various channels including mail, mobile, ATM, and others. This role is crucial as it constitutes the majority of all remittances received. The individual will ensure the reliability of remittance image and processing equipment, systems, applications, and dedicated LAN. Additionally, the position requires testing new or enhanced Remittance Processing applications and participating in the development of branch strategies. The individual will lead, develop, and supervise the daily activities of professional employees and serve as the point of contact for tactical issues.
