About The Position

Dietz Property Group is looking to hire a full-time, remote Systems Support Specialist. POSITION SUMMARY The Systems Support Specialist provides day-to-day support for business systems across the portfolio. This role is responsible for responding to system-related requests, troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and completing system audits to ensure systems operate efficiently, accurately, and consistently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a multifamily PMS, help desk, or operations role.
  • Proficiency in Real Page, Onesite Preferred (Entrata, AppFolio, other systems a plus.)
  • Experience supporting property management systems, ticketing platforms, and integrated third-party tools preferred.
  • Experience performing system or data audits, quality checks, or compliance reviews preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Working knowledge of business systems used in property management environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes while identifying gaps, risks, or inconsistencies.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with internal teams and vendor partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line systems support by responding to tickets, requests, and concerns, troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms, and escalating more complex items as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status, next steps, and resolution timelines while following established support workflows and service level expectations.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Provide support for general IT-related tickets that impact property operations, including user access issues, hardware and peripheral coordination, login or connectivity troubleshooting, and system integration concerns.
  • Complete regular system audits to validate data accuracy, access controls, configurations, and adherence to standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, or gaps uncovered during audits and partner with appropriate teams to support resolution.
  • Document audit findings and track follow-up actions to completion.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access, permissions, and configuration tasks.
  • Ensure system access aligns with role-based permissions and internal controls.
  • Support implementations by assisting with testing, validation, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Partner with internal teams to support adoption and consistent use of business systems, including maintaining supporting documentation and resources.
  • Contribute to and maintain the internal knowledge base related to CRM platforms, leasing systems, and other core property management tools.
