About the position

As an integral part of a fast-paced, progressive Human Resource team, this highly visible position will be a strategic partner to the Talent Acquisition team in hiring efforts, focused on identifying and engaging high-caliber, hard-to-find talent across key functions. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this position will go beyond traditional sourcing, acting as a market researcher and talent advisor. Work will directly influence the quality of our pipeline and help scale teams with speed and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, talent gaps, and role priorities.
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche, senior-level, and high-impact roles.
  • Utilize a variety of channels and platforms to proactively find and engage passive talent.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligence, including talent mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines and nurture relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to refine strategy and educate stakeholders on market findings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of applicable work experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.
  • 7+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement.
  • Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill and specialized roles, particularly in healthcare.
  • Mastery of sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Strong research, data mining, and Boolean/X-Ray search skills.
  • Comfortable presenting talent insights to stakeholders and guiding hiring teams on market conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and internal partners.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Experience partnering with senior-level hiring managers or executive teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with shifting and competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
