About the position
This role will be supporting Integrated Card Services (ICS) within the Payments Organization. ICS supports payment business lines to meet and exceed the increasing business demand in Credit Card Processing. As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the backlog and prioritization for multiple API engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a technical mindset and have experience in managing and grooming a backlog of requirements and working with cross-functional teams. Key skills include the ability to elaborate approved features into clear and complete epics, bridge the gap between engineering and business and understand both the technical aspects of a product and the strategic goals of the organization. The individual should be goal-oriented, have a proactive approach to work, excellent cooperation and team-working skills and a willingness to constantly learn.
Requirements
- Technical Product Management experience
Nice-to-haves
- Proficient in technical product management
- Strong knowledge of technical product/program development, implementation, and strategic analysis
- Strong knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services for Credit Card products.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with API Scrum teams
- Experience with Agile methodology, Confluence, JIRA and MS Office Tools
