The Ohana Therapist - Unlicensed reports to a Clinical Program Manager of the outpatient clinic. The Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families. The Therapist may also conduct diagnostic evaluations of children and adolescents. Additionally, the Therapist provides mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals. Other important dimensions of this position include commitment to continuous learning, innovation, quality of care and outcomes measurement, professionalism, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity and comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care.
