Responsibilities

  • Maximize personal tour production on a consistent basis.
  • Exceed budget on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain exceptional attendance and exceed the criteria as outlined in the site expectation document by exhibiting an outstanding leadership disposition and always leading by example.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, new hire, and all trainings as determined by marketing leadership.
  • Provide assistance with field coverage to assist with approvals, guest issues, and all related situations.
  • Conduct frequent location visits to assist with tours, on location coaching, and demonstrating techniques to book tours.
  • Motivate, inspire, and have the desire to help others succeed.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to ensure that each location and marketers have the necessary tools and supplies to succeed on a consistent basis.
  • Provide specialized coaching for those marketers that are at risk or have fallen below budget to help increase site retention.
  • Assist leadership with the selection process of new CMA candidates.
  • Conduct motivational and informative CMA shift rallies.
  • Promote Wyndham as the employer of choice in Texas to help recruit by utilizing PREP, 'You Impressed Me' cards and other avenues to ensure pipeline of talented candidates is always full.

Requirements

  • Previous Wyndham or similar industry experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Able to work a 40 hour flexible work week to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, as the needs of the business dictate.
  • Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office operating system.
