About the position

Epson is looking for a recent college graduate to join our Marketing & Communication team! The Undergraduate Rotation Program is an opportunity to be exposed to multiple areas within Epson America's Marcomm Department, as well as develop a wide range of skills and experience in preparation for opportunities within the company before completion of the one-year program. This position is based out of Epson America's Headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Gain experience in several key areas of marketing including B2B Advertising, Marketing Operations, and B2B Demand Generation.
  • Learn how campaigns are developed, deployed, and managed in B2B Advertising.
  • Understand how paid social campaigns are built and managed, as well as the role of organic social in brand management.
  • Explore public relations and community management tools to build brand awareness.
  • Learn about brand management and Epson's sponsorship of LPGA.
  • Understand budget management and planning for MarComm budgets.
  • Learn how marketing spend is executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Gain knowledge of marketing technology tools and their utilization for ROI.
  • Monitor the impact of marketing spend and performance improvement.
  • Learn lead management processes and how to work with sales to close sales.
  • Understand sales enablement tools and direct response strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized with minimal oversight from senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to completing tasks and achieving goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Recent graduates with relevant internships, coursework, or project experience in marketing will be considered.
