About the position
This position provides direct support to the department by assisting with analysis, research, reporting, and preparation of presentation materials. He/She researches results to address specific business needs, performs data analyses, and creates recommendations based on findings. This position communicates results to key stakeholders and proactively addresses related issues.
Responsibilities
- Develops actionable research objectives to address key business issues.
- Performs analysis, analyzes data, and interprets findings to ensure comprehensive understanding of results before presenting to stakeholders.
- Maintains an understanding of current market and industry practices to leverage existing knowledge and optimize the development of customer analysis.
- Communicates findings and insights from analysis to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be a student currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program, or graduated from a degreed college/university program within the last 24 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job.
