About the position

Walmart Business recently launched with a mission to save Organizations time, hassle and money. We're seeking the latest addition to our product management team to lead experiences for our B2B customers. This highly cross-functional role leads development and launch of B2B-distinct features along with collaborating to advocate for the B2B customer as we build next gen, retail platform capabilities. The ideal candidate has experience in retail and B2B domains, applying AI-driven solutions, and deep understanding of the product management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for shared and distinct B2B experiences
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market trends, and business needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products and features
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer satisfaction
  • Lead product planning, roadmap development, and execution throughout the product lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve product issues, risks, and dependencies
  • Advocate for the B2B customer by ensuring a seamless experience across all channels and touchpoints
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer experience or digital products
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area
  • 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices
