Vacation Sales Concierge (Marketing)- Real Estate License Required*

About the position

The Vacation Sales Concierge (Marketing) position pays a base wage of $15.49 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for MVO MVC Fairway Villas in 2024 was between $39,460 - $49,940. As a Vacation Sales Concierge (Marketing), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. You will be part of a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment that aims to make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcomes and greets guests; anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Always follows company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Real Estate License required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

Nice-to-haves

• Concierge experience preferred.
