About the position

The Vice President of Growth Marketing will join PolyAI's rapidly growing marketing team! This role will own PolyAI's core growth channels from advertising to events to our advisory board. This person will help build the growth strategy, manage its execution, and ensure it works to reach our pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, socialise and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy that supports our quarterly and annual growth goals.
  • Plan, create, and optimise global campaigns and programs that create and capture pipeline across ABM, targeted paid digital, email marketing, and events.
  • Develop campaign themes, creative, and assets to support all regions in collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand, and Communications.
  • Optimize CTAs, conversion rates and demo/trial experiences to support pipeline targets.
  • Use data and a strong partnership with product to drive growth and support product-led-growth initiatives.
  • Leverage a data-driven and intent-based approach to effectively target key accounts and develop reporting to understand performance.
  • Inform content strategy to support account-based focus and broader demand generation efforts in collaboration with the head of content marketing.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and ambition.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other stakeholders to align demand generation with overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Set KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the growth strategy and ensure transparency in reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leadership and track record running demand generation and account-based marketing strategies in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience marketing to several industries and verticals is a plus.
  • Self-aware leader who builds performant, motivated teams at startups.
  • Understanding of the modern marketing funnel and how to measure it.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer motivations, pain points, and effective content and campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a track record of successful cross-functional partnership.
  • Impeccable quantitative ability and analytical skills with a rigorous reporting process around metrics and revenue impact.
  • High energy, 'own it' personality and ability to thrive in a growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, 6Sense, and Hubspot is a plus.
