About the position

The Marketing team at BNP Paribas is focused on providing strategic and executional support to the Institutional Client businesses, aiming to achieve revenue and growth objectives. The team is responsible for elevating brand awareness and visibility while protecting the brand reputation in the USA and the Americas. The role involves developing integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with business strategies across various sectors, including GMA, FIC, and Securities Services. The Marketing team collaborates closely with sales, trading, research, and structuring staff, as well as cross-functional teams, to drive share of voice and wallet through multi-channel marketing campaigns. The position is based in Jersey City and reports to the Head of Marketing, Communications & Events for Institutional clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing launches for global products by producing key selling points, fact sheets, brochures, and web tools targeted to different client segments.
  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with business partners and marketing colleagues across disciplines.
  • Manage the design, development, validation, publication, and communication of marketing materials and campaigns via digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with business partners to manage the design and production of marketing materials such as pitchbooks, presentations, and videos.
  • Simplify complex financial platforms and effectively communicate their rationale and risks to specific client sectors.
  • Develop educational presentations and marketing materials for financing products and strategies.
  • Contribute to internal communication initiatives to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of client content and events, such as webinars and conferences.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance requirements when designing materials.
  • Perform and support additional projects as requested by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably within the financial industry, focusing on Global Markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and the financial industry, specifically the Global Markets product suite.
  • Proven ability to manage the production of marketing collateral.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of creativity and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new technologies.
