About the position

Soleo Health is seeking a Vice President, Marketing to support our growth through leadership in brand, digital, and business line marketing in Frisco, TX. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision for the company's marketing function, overseeing all marketing initiatives across brand management, business line marketing, digital strategy, sales enablement, public relations, and content development. This senior leader drives marketing innovation to position the company as a recognized leader in specialty pharmacy, alternate site and home infusion services. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with business growth objectives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints. The Vice President leads the marketing team and external agency relationships, overseeing cross-functional programs that enhance visibility, increase patient referrals, and support expansion across the company's therapeutic and business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and revenue growth.
  • Lead brand evolution, market positioning, and competitive differentiation within the specialty pharmacy and home infusion space.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends, brand development, and growth opportunities.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales, clinical, and operational goals to support market expansion and new service launches.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, setting goals, mentoring, and managing performance.
  • Oversee marketing budget planning and resource allocation across internal staff and external partners.
  • Develop departmental structure and workflows that support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Drive marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support the field sales team with effective tools, content, and campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of scalable sales training and support materials that address market trends and therapeutic area needs.
  • Direct the organization’s PR strategy, including thought leadership, media relations, trade presence, and executive communications.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of press releases, editorial content, and brand messaging to external audiences.
  • Guide creation of multi-channel content to support inbound marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including CRM utilization, SEO/SEM, analytics, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and user experience across all digital platforms, coordinating closely with IT as needed.
  • Partner with therapeutic and business line leadership to develop and implement marketing programs that support clinical offerings and patient-centric solutions.
  • Leverage market data and customer insights to build targeted campaigns that resonate across referral sources and healthcare partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a vice president or senior-level marketing role.
  • Direct experience in specialty pharmacy, alternate site, or home infusion industry preferred; healthcare industry sector required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance, patient engagement, and referral marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM/marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365; experience with digital analytics and content platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
