Additionally, the role includes providing mentorship and guidance to the Sales & Marketing team, promoting professional development and performance excellence. Collaboration with senior leadership to define sales objectives, allocate resources, and evaluate performance against KPIs is essential. The individual will also represent the company at external client meetings, conferences, and internal functions to support business development, and travel as needed to client sites, industry events, and leadership meetings.
