Job Description
Vice President of Marketing
The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, leading the Marketing, Communications and Public Relations strategy and execution for Company. You will play a critical role developing the brand into a leading, widely recognized building solutions leader. You will manage all aspects of Corporate Marketing including creative and content generation, building Company's brand and telling our story, marketing campaigns, co-marketing and demand generation programs, ownership of all Marketing and digital assets (website, social, content), events and trade shows, and sales enablement programs. You will also own the PR strategy and execution for Company, including managing agency and media relationships. Success requires a combination of technology experience, a passion and mission to communicate the story of a disruptive product and company, creative storytelling abilities, and the ability to inspire and manage a strong team.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage development of the Company company story who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Articulate this story via clear, concise and compelling marketing presentations, videos, web & online content, campaign and product collateral, events.
* Develop the brand utilizing online, social and traditional techniques
* Develop and execute PR strategy, and agency & media relationships
* Create partner marketing and end-user lead generation campaigns to maximize pipeline and enable sales
* Work with Product Management and R&D to develop Product Briefs and ultimately vision of the company
* Create and deliver compelling presentations on technical products and concepts to partners and internal personnel
* Organize industry events and logistics for team
* Engage directly with senior executives, industry analysts, and partners
* Own executive communications for C-level staff logistics, story/presentation development, and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
* BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred
* At least years in marketing; strong experience managing a Corporate marketing team, preferably in high tech
* Proven track record engaging with senior executives both in the context of driving internal decision making and externally with VP and C-level executives
* Extensive partner marketing experience
* Demonstrated capacity to understand the big picture of a complex multi-channel business, think analytically, and develop strategic marketing plans in this context
* Ability to execute against tight deadlines and prioritize work accordingly
* Hands-on experience developing core marketing content and collateral
* Ability to inspire people and work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly shifting business environment
* Experience developing amazing beautiful and compelling presentations covering technical topics
