We are seeking applicants for the VIP Marketing Strategy & Innovation Manager position who will report to the Director of VIP Marketing Strategy & Innovation. This role is responsible for managing continuous improvement and delivery of CRM product capabilities and providing strategy on initiatives and business processes that enable sales and services teams across the enterprise. The role also serves as a Lead Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator and assists in managing product backlogs in an Agile Scrum project management environment. The VIP Marketing Strategy and Innovation Manager will work collaboratively as part of a product team to ensure success and client satisfaction and will help take lead on requirements gathering and solution architecture to extend the capabilities of our CRM tools. This position is part of a Caesars Entertainment Corporate VIP Marketing Enterprise Shares Services department that supports property Casino Marketing teams, Player Development teams, National Casino Marketing, Inside Sales, Digital VIP Hosts, Hospitality Sales teams and other user groups that leverage Salesforce CRM products. The position is based in Las Vegas, NV.
