About the position

As a Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive communications and branding strategy that maintains OneTrust’s leadership position in current markets and extends it into new markets. OneTrust finds itself at the intersection of the key technology trends of AI and data privacy, and we are looking for someone who will orchestrate a compelling narrative that contributes to our continued growth as a company. You will work with OneTrust C-Suite executives regularly and contribute to the success of our business through overall management and measurement of our global brand and communications efforts, both external and internal and across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic corporate communications plan to enhance the company’s visibility, increase brand awareness, and communicate the company’s priorities with external stakeholders, and engage our target audiences
  • Create a public relations strategy that will enable leadership to maintain and boost important relationships with targeted external audiences, including the media and influencers along with the financial investor community
  • Work closely with the CMO, Product Marketing leader, and other key stakeholders on a compelling corporate narrative and positioning that appeals to varied, relevant audiences
  • Evolve our brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all channels, working collaboratively across the Marketing team
  • Partner with the executive team on an internal communications strategy that builds culture, fosters belonging, and accelerates our ability to execute
  • Establish and report on KPIs that allow you to effectively communicate the impact of Corporate Marketing to the business

Requirements

  • A proven track record of working with senior executives and creating and implementing successful Corporate Communication strategies and programs
  • A passion for storytelling and seamlessly weaving brand moments throughout marketing programs and tactics
  • Advanced writing, editing, and presentation skills, as well as project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performance team, combined with a desire to coach and develop talent
  • Experience handling and navigating crisis communications to ensure minimal disruption to the business and minimal reputational harm
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in a senior management role at a B2B SaaS enterprise software company and relevant experience in Executive Communications, Public Relations, Brand, and Internal Communications
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
