Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Global Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and manage the company's brand identity and positioning in the market.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Demand Generation and Lead Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize ROI.
  • Content and Communication: Develop and manage a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a similar role in the B2B technology or cybersecurity space.
  • Proven experience in leading and building high-performing marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, including threat landscapes, security technologies, and buyer personas.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale B2B solutions is essential.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and leading teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker with the ability to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive continuous improvements in strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
