About the position

This person will develop and execute a vision for the administrative platforms that support our group benefits business. Establishing administrative platform strategy and priorities based on deep understanding of competitive landscape, Voya’s business, and organizational direction. Building consensus on strategic direction with key partners across the organization. Leading cross-functional teams to execute against the strategy across all areas impacting the administrative platforms (e.g., technology, operations, sales). Directly leading teams responsible for supporting the development. Supporting senior executive communications and presentations on the direction and value of the product line to Voya.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute against the strategy across all areas impacting the administrative platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 – 10 years business experience.
  • At least 5+ years experience managing or playing a major role in corporate projects (including systems projects) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial services industry and competitive environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Leadership skills.
