About the position

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, this leader will bridge brand strategy, content, and performance marketing with retail and digital execution - ensuring a cohesive and compelling customer experience from awareness to conversion. This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the development and delivery of all marketing strategies and communication plans across all consumer touchpoints to support Lovesac's ambitious business goals.
  • Translate company goals into omnichannel brand strategies that align with brand vision and identity, driving brand relevance and measurable business impact.
  • Create 360 marketing strategies and content plans that deliver across all touchpoints (eCommerce, retail) and marketing channels (digital, social, influencers, CRM, Public Relations), ensuring storytelling aligns with customer needs and brand positioning while driving business performance.
  • Develop and manage the integrated marketing budget and campaign calendar; evaluate performance and optimize marketing spend across categories. Serve as strategic partner to finance.
  • Lead marketing planning, working collaboratively with cross functional partners (Creative, Digital, Social, Merchandising, eCommerce, Retail Operations) to ensure consistency and timely execution.
  • Lead GTM process and continuously identify and improve internal processes to streamline operations and remove friction.
  • Gather, analyze and share strategic perspective from customer insights, market trends and past campaign & channel performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Lead, build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; establish clear objectives, performance metrics and continuous feedback. Develop leaders within the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable and agile culture within the marketing organization that fuels our employee value proposition of Top Ambition and Love Matters.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within consumer goods, retail or furniture/home industries.
  • Proven experience leading integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies and campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, ecommerce and digital advertising principles.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and data-driven decision making.
  • Customer-obsessed leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment where processes and systems are still being formed.

  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings, vendor visits).
