About the position

As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include: Driving Business Growth: Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success. Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation: Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. Data-Driven Strategy: Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams. Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, events and social media engagement. Manage marketing budgets allocating resources effectively and optimizing spending strategies to achieve maximum ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior and leverage AI to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and growth team. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with product updates and overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing.
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Experience in scaling and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Results-driven and analytical, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Proven track record of increasing inbound leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in improving website traffic and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Experience in enhancing digital conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
  • Strong ABM and multi-channel expertise, including SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email, events and social media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
