About the position

This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for innovative AI-powered customer interaction solutions. The VP of Product Marketing will lead a high-performing product marketing team, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and GTM Strategy teams to define positioning, messaging, and programs that accelerate revenue and pipeline growth. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, and AI domains. Success in this role will directly influence customer engagement, market differentiation, and business growth in a rapidly evolving, high-impact environment. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while driving results across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Product Marketing team to develop clear value propositions for complex solutions.
  • Define and execute differentiated positioning and messaging strategies that articulate unique advantages in the competitive AI and customer interaction market.
  • Conduct deep market, competitive, and customer research to inform buyer journeys, product strategy, and go-to-market programs.
  • Equip Sales teams with comprehensive enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and battle cards, to drive conversions and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM Strategy teams to design and implement integrated campaigns that accelerate revenue and market adoption.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert internally and externally, providing insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, with significant enterprise SaaS exposure, ideally at a VP or SVP level.
  • Strong expertise in CCaaS and AI-driven solutions, with proven ability to communicate complex technology clearly and compellingly.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to financial institutions, understanding regulatory environments and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills, with a history of building and scaling high-performing product marketing teams.
  • Superior project management abilities, capable of orchestrating multiple initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments.
