About the position
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for purchasing all stock inventory under the directions of the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Associate will process all RMA’s in a timely manner. The Warehouse Associate will process received stock as needed as well as process inventory transfers.
Responsibilities
- Process all necessary RMA’s for defective inventory
- Receive items against packing slips and verify packing slip reflects received items
- Process packing slips in ERP System accurately
- Ensure items are stocked adequately in pick bins
- Ensure all inventory items are accurately labeled on shelves
- Clean warehouse and maintain professional appearance of warehouse
- Process all front counter orders
- Assist in service technician inventory checkouts
- Process warehouse transfers
- Complete quarterly inventory counts
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Other projects as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years in a warehouse role
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Hands on knowledge of Prophet 21 and Freshbooks or other similar accounting software
- Forklift Certified preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
