The Web Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting a variety of web and related channel content updates; page development; and collecting, analyzing, reporting data with the goal to optimize the performance of our hosted websites. The Web Marketing Specialist supports the organization and marketing strategic plans by implementing changes/updates to the website as necessary, including articles, new items, employee bios. They create new landing pages and templates, facilitate the review of pages by Product Managers, subject matter experts, line of business leaders, and compliance to ensure content is accurate and compliant. The role also supports the promotion of all brands, products, and services through our web channels and utilizes Google Analytics, Good AdWords, Google tag manager, Google Business Manager, and Looker for web analysis. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with all bank departments to understand their goals and objectives and uses web marketing knowledge to help them achieve their goals. They participate in the implementation of marketing programs for the bank's products and services, evaluate and test new service offerings through our digital channels, review website trends in the financial services sector, and present new opportunities. The specialist responds to inquiries relating to their area, maintains appropriate records, and abides by current laws and organizational policies to promote a harassment-free workplace.
