Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a 1st Shift Forklift Operator to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. This position will assist with empty pallet sortation and loading on truck among other duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to operate Selector/Reach/Pacer/Drexel/Turret
• Ability to operate RF Scanner
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to abide by all Company Business Standards
• Ability to abide by all Safety Rules, policies and procedures
• Overtime as needed
• Scheduled Work Hours: Monday- Friday 7am-3pm
• Location: Riverside, NJ

Responsibilities

• Assist with empty pallet sortation and loading on trucks
• Consolidation inventory in reserve locations
• Pick full pallet kills and full pallet transfers
• Assist with special warehouse projects outside the job scope
• Any and all other duties required by facility workload
• Other duties as assigned
