About The Position

Job OverviewThe Grinder Helper facilitates the Grinder in maintaining the proper blend of cheese product.
Job Responsibilities
Read blend sheets and follows instructions that may be given on the blend sheets to standardize blender.
Scrape any mold found on cheese and deposits mold in detained product tubs.
Practices good housekeeping of work areas and grinder office.
Help Slurry and Slurry helps Grinders and other co-workers when they are available.
Fill out all paperwork completely and correctly including name, production line number and products ran. 
Sanitize lines at start up.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read production schedule and plan and organize workday.
• Self-motivated and can work with limited supervision.
• Ability to operate a handheld computer/scanner.
• Ability to operate various Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Ability to manage time and organize work.
• Ability to follow instructions and proper work procedures.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers and management.
• Good communication skills: verbal and written.
