Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s program in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Risk, Public Policy, Communications, Technical Writing, or similar)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Have the availability to work in-office 3 days a week (Monday – Friday; 8:30 am – 5:30 pm). This position can sit in one of the following offices: Atlanta, John’s Creek, Philadelphia, Iselin, or New York City

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, audit, or control frameworks (coursework or internship experience)
  • Experience improving questionnaires, templates, or documentation based on real feedback
  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions
  • Strong “operator mindset”: clarity, usability, consistency, and auditability

Responsibilities

  • Work through a list of improvements mapped to AI governance templates and guidance. You will coordinate edits, ensure consistency across materials, and help produce an implementation-ready documentation set that is easier for teams to use correctly. Improve intake workflow clarity and accuracy, create stronger architecture discovery questions and guidance, and develop clearer lifecycle stage definitions and expectations
  • Update the platform/solution intake questionnaire to improve how teams report system connectivity (including clearer read vs. write distinctions) and model/vendor identification
  • Revise the question bank to improve architecture discovery completeness, ownership tagging and accountability, and connectivity and data-flow clarity
  • Update the assessment output template to improve usability
  • Update the control methodology guidance to better define preliminary assessments and requirements to move from pilot to production (“production readiness” gating concepts)
  • Run shadow assessments on previously assessed tools using the updated templates; summarize gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Draft an updated AI governance onboarding guide to help new stakeholders adopt the process quickly
  • Create a simplified self-service guide for smaller/lower-complexity tools
