Requirements

Be a dependent of an NGM full-time employee as of the date of hire;
Be between 18 and 25 years of age as of the date of hire and have successfully completed high school;
Attended a post-secondary institution as a full-time student in Spring 2026, classified as a full-time student, and successfully completed the Spring 2026 semester with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (verification must be provided prior to hire);
Be enrolled as a full-time student for the Fall 2026 semester;
Successfully pass a pre-employment physical including drug & alcohol screening.
Students whose previous summer employment was terminated for any reason other than returning to school are not eligible for rehire.
Students who received a “no rehire” recommendation or an overall unsatisfactory evaluation in the last summer in which they were employed are not eligible for rehire.
Students employed as eligible Summer Students in the Summer of 2025 who then did not attend school in the Spring of 2026 are not eligible for rehire.
