Requirements

  • Be a dependent of an NGM full-time employee as of the date of hire;
  • Be between 18 and 25 years of age as of the date of hire and have successfully completed high school;
  • Attended a post-secondary institution as a full-time student in Spring 2026, classified as a full-time student, and successfully completed the Spring 2026 semester with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (verification must be provided prior to hire);
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student for the Fall 2026 semester;
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment physical including drug & alcohol screening.
  • Students whose previous summer employment was terminated for any reason other than returning to school are not eligible for rehire.
  • Students who received a “no rehire” recommendation or an overall unsatisfactory evaluation in the last summer in which they were employed are not eligible for rehire.
  • Students employed as eligible Summer Students in the Summer of 2025 who then did not attend school in the Spring of 2026 are not eligible for rehire.
