Requirements
- Current freshman or sophomore students with a demonstrated interest in financial services, graduating in spring 2028 or 2029
- Excellent academic performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Must demonstrate active campus involvement, leadership experience, and a desire to learn
