About The Position

This position is in the ITOT department at the Hillsboro campus. In this position, you will need to work effectively as part of a team responsible for ensuring successful and efficient support of the HTO and HIT facilities in Hillsboro. This internship position is located in Hillsboro, On - Site.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).
  • Required majors: Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology.
  • Basic knowledge of systems infrastructure.
  • Experience in Data Analytics.
  • Excel or spreadsheet experience.
  • Real-world problem solving experience.
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills.
  • Key to this position is the demonstrated ability to provide technical input and teamwork in a cGMP environment across functional and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Set up system structures and assignment groups for ITOT Data and Analytics team in ServiceNOW (SNOW).
  • Build reporting in SNOW for execution squads that align with department metrics and KPIs.
  • From a data analytics perspective, build a dashboard on the ITOT webpage with department Metrics and KPIs, linking to systems of record to enable live updates.
  • Support Data and Analytics team with projects and routine tasks supporting the HTO and HIT sites and regional initiatives.
  • On a regular basis analyze processes, make suggestions for improvement to management, & provide input to improving systems/processes.
  • Foster an environment that encourages continuous learning. Maintain expertise as necessary to stay abreast of technical and industry advancements.
  • Demonstrated capability of applying a broad scope of regulatory policies, guidelines & requirements applicable to assigned areas and suggesting improvements.
  • Represents group on cross functional teams or projects of limited scope
