About The Position

BNBMC is looking to hire paid summer interns across a broad field of functions. Salary is $16.50/hour. We can provide up to 40 hours per week work schedules. Come join our winning team for the Summer of 2026! Our Business Analytics department are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analytics Intern to join our team. As a Business Analytics Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven decision-making process. You will be involved in various stages of analytics projects, including data labeling, model evaluation, refinement, dimension mapping, and ETL development. This position offers a rich, hands-on learning experience in a dynamic business environment, ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive business success.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have completed at least Freshman year of College/Trade School.
  • High School Diploma Required

Responsibilities

  • Data Labeling: Organize and label data effectively, ensuring high quality and accessibility for analysis.
  • Model Evaluation: Assess and report on the performance of statistical models, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Model Refinement: Collaborate with the analytics team to refine and enhance models based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Dimension Mapping: Work on identifying and mapping key data dimensions, ensuring alignment with business needs and analytics goals.
  • ETL Development: Assist in the design and implementation of ETL processes for more efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
