We are currently looking for a talented Staff Customer Support Center (CSC) Helpdesk Technician with a strong aptitude to work a broad set of customer requests including some technical issues from the customer community who are using Raytheon Solipsys deployed software. Customers are primarily military and defense oriented and are both US domestic and international. The position requires onsite attendance at our Fulton, MD location. The Staff CSC Helpdesk Technician serves as external face for the Raytheon Solipsys business to the customer community and acts as the advocate for all customer needs. You need to be reliable, dependable and have great customer service skills.
