About The Position

A well‑established and locally owned company is seeking a Dock High Truck Driver / Warehouse Fulfillment Associate . This position requires the ability to operate a dock‑high truck and cargo van for deliveries, along with performing daily warehouse duties. Compensation is based on experience. Candidates must be familiar with driving a 24–26' (non‑CDL) box truck using lift gates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks/dollies. Preference will be given to candidates local to and familiar with the greater Charlotte area.

Requirements

Have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (Required)
Experience driving 24'–26' box trucks with lift gates , cargo vans, and forklifts
Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients
Flexible schedule availability
Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies or DUI's in the past 7 years.

Nice To Haves

Previous commercial driving experience
Warehouse experience
Familiarity with the Charlotte and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

Drive 24'–26' box trucks and cargo vans for local deliveries
Load and unload trucks at origin and destination using hand loading, pallet jacks, carts, or hand trucks
Sort freight in a warehouse setting
Follow routing and delivery instructions to meet or exceed client expectations
Ensure proper documentation is completed and submitted as required
Use smartphones and tablets for routing, communication, and documentation
Maintain a professional appearance and customer‑focused demeanor
Work safely, follow instructions, and communicate as necessary
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
