This role supports company goals by ensuring that components are correctly assembled to meet quality and delivery standards. Key functions include learning and following work instructions, reading drawing, performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person")

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and mechanical components using standard work instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation
Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or near misses.
Accurately record time, material usage, and issues in Epicor and VKS.
Perform basic troubleshooting with limited assistance.
Perform tasks with limited autonomy; relies on guidance from leads and supervisors.
No direct decision-making authority follows established procedures and work instructions.
May assist with team-based builds or small projects.
