About The Position

ConAgra Brands in Marshall Missouri, a local supplier of Banquet products, is looking for qualified individuals to fill onsite freezer forklift operator positions reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The position involves working in a cold environment and requires driving a forklift for loading, unloading, and warehousing of products. The role is essential to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met to maintain an organized flow of the production process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
• Ability to operate hand jack and forklift.
• Ability to work up to 7.5 hours per shift.
• Ability to push/pull fork controls for 7.5 hours per shift.
• Post offer background screen and drug screen required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met.
• Drive a forklift for loading, unloading, and warehousing of products.
• Check for proper count of incoming/outgoing products and miscellaneous items.
• Work in a cold environment.
