About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightly operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements

Prior warehouse or distribution supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of warehouse operations (shipping/receiving, inventory flow, material handling)
Comfortable using basic computer systems and reporting tools
Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required throughout the shift
Flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Supervise and support warehouse associates during 2nd shift operations
Assign daily tasks and manage labor to meet production and shipping goals
Monitor performance, provide coaching, and assist with training new employees
Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Oversee loading/unloading, staging, and movement of product within the facility
Maintain accurate reports related to productivity, attendance, and workflow
Address operational issues in real time and communicate effectively with leadership
Promote a positive team culture and lead by example on the floor
