About The Position

Enwork is seeking a skilled 3D Rendering Artist to create high-impact visual assets that help position and market our broad variety of furniture solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire visualization pipeline – from converting technical CAD files into render-ready models, while considering staging, styling, lighting, and post-production. You will produce a mix of realistic “lifestyle” office environments and clean, accurate, white sweep product images for marketing campaigns and sales tools. The ideal candidate balances technical proficiency in 3D software with a sharp eye for interior design, ensuring every render is both engineering-accurate and aesthetically compelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, motion design, art/animation, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product rendering, 3D animation, 3D art, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or the contract office furniture industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product rendering through a complete design process, from concepting and storyboarding to final rendering.
  • Experience working with 3D CAD data.
  • Experience with rendering programs like 3ds Max.
  • Enwork’s hiring committee expects to review a portfolio of recent work or capabilities.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Expert knowledge of Photoshop for post-production, color grading, and compositing.
  • Data Translation: Experience working with CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong grasp of architectural photography principles, and a keen understanding and curiosity of current interior design trends.

Responsibilities

  • High-End Visualization: Create photorealistic 3D renderings of Enwork products for print brochures, website assets, marketing campaigns, and more.
  • Scene Staging & Lighting: Design and compose sophisticated interior environments – from open-plan offices to executive suites – applying realistic lighting, shadows, and textures.
  • Engineering Files: Clean, optimize, and convert engineering CAD files to high-quality models.
  • Material Library: Develop and maintain a digital library of Enwork’s finishes, ensuring digital assets are color accurate to the physical product.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to ensure all visuals align with the Enwork brand and partner with Product Development to understand new designs.
