Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain a Valid Security License as required by the state of Alabama
Valid driver’s license from state of residence
Must have knowledge of Windows Office or other app-based technology as our officers have to use a digital platform to check in and out trucks.
Must be at least 21 years old
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without break
Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping
Climb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience

Nice To Haves

3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience
1+ years of verifiable Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns
Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity
Incident Response & Reporting Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents
Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)
Customer Service & Policy Enforcement Assist visitors and employees professionally
Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols
Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
